FASTFIRSTROWSpecifies that the query should be optimized to return the first row quickly - equivalent to a query hint of OPTION (FAST 1). Note that this feature will be removed in the next version of SQL Server.
HOLDLOCKSpecified that shared locks must be held until end of transaction rather than just until they are no longer needed - equivalent to SERIALIZABLE.
