Workspace Id

GUID of the Microsoft Fabric workspace. This identifier is referenced in the generated notebook headers and pipeline activities to target the correct workspace.

The value is written as the default lakehouse workspace id in the metadata header of generated notebooks, and as the workspace id of the generated pipeline notebook activities. A value that does not parse as a GUID is replaced with 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 in the generated output.

When to Change This Setting​

Set this to the workspace GUID from the Fabric portal for any project that generates Fabric notebooks or pipelines, so the generated artifacts run against the correct workspace.
