Display Database Name

Controls if the source database name should be included in the generated SSIS package name. E.g. the default EXT_AWLT_Customer package name would be named EXT_AWLT_AdventureWorksLT2012_Customer when enabled.

The database (catalog) name is included in the display names BimlFlex derives for generated artifacts whenever the source or target connection is a Staging-layer connection; the Data Vault and Data Mart layers have their own equivalents of this setting.

When to Change This Setting​

Keep the default N for compact artifact names. Enable it when a solution stages from more than one database on the same source system and the artifact names need the database name to stay distinguishable.
