Display Database Name

Determines if the database name is displayed in the Data Vault.

When enabled, the database (catalog) name is included in the display names BimlFlex derives for generated artifacts — such as SSIS package and pipeline names — whenever the source or target connection is a Data Vault connection (integration stage DV or BDV). The equivalent Staging and Data Mart settings cover the other integration stages.

When to Change This Setting​

Keep the default N for compact artifact names. Enable it when a solution loads Data Vault objects from more than one database and the artifact names need the database name to stay distinguishable.
