Apply Delete Detection DV

Use the default process to insert detected deletes into the Data Vault Satellite tables.

When enabled alongside DeleteDetectionEnabled, delete records are inserted into Data Vault satellites with the appropriate RowChangeType. This preserves the full history of the source record lifecycle. Without this setting, detected deletes are identified but not recorded in the Data Vault layer.

This can be overridden by the DeleteDetectionApplyDv Extension Point.
