AuthenticationType	AdfDynamicsAuthenticationType	Office365	Specifies the authentication mechanism that the linked service will use to connect to the database. Permitted values are Office365 and Ifd. This is a required property
DeploymentType	AdfDynamicsDeploymentType	Online	Specifies the type of Dynamics instance that will be used. Permitted values are Online and OnPremisesWithIfd. This is a required property
Name	String		Specifies the name of the object. This name can be used to reference this object from anywhere else in the program. This is a required property
EncryptedCredential	String		Specifies the encrypted credential that will be used to authenticate the linked service.
Host	String		Specifies the host name for on-premises Dynamics CRM instances.
LogicalDisplayFolder	String		Specifies a path that should be used for organizing the tree display of this object in the Logical View in BimlStudio.
Organization	String		Specifies the name of the organization for the Dynamics CRM instance.
Password	String		Specifies the password that the linked service will use connect to the server.
Port	Int32	0	Specifies the port for on-premises Dynamics CRM instances. If omitted then port 443 will be used.
ServicePrincipalCredential	String		Specifies the service principal credential to be used during authentication.
ServicePrincipalCredentialType	AdfDynamicsServicePrincipalCredentialType	ServicePrincipalKey	Specifies what type of service principal credential will be used for authentication.
ServicePrincipalId	String		Specifies the service principal ID to be used during authentication.
ServiceUri	String		Specifies the address of your Dynamics instance. Typicall in the form of: https://adfdynamics.crm.dynamics.com.
Username	String		Specifies the username that the linked service will use connect to the server.
